We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our North America Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between sourcing and engineering—ensuring smooth execution of projects related to elevator components. What You'll Do
- Support Sourcing Projects: Prepare and analyze RFQs/RFIs to ensure competitive and accurate supplier proposals.
- Coordinate Technical Requirements: Gather drawings and specifications for RFQs and schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering teams.
- Manage First Article Inspections: Submit requests through internal systems and follow up until completion.
- Maintain Accuracy: Update RFQ tracking systems and load supplier pricing into ERP systems.
- Ensure Timely Implementation: Follow up with awarded suppliers and collaborate with other departments for cadence reporting.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering or supply chain roles within manufacturing.
- Skills:Proficiency in RFQ processes, ERP systems, and supply chain management.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and navigate drawing databases.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); MS Access experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with JDE applications and processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bloomfield, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
