Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois to support our onsite pharmacy operations. The role requires a professional committed to delivering excellent patient care and managing various pharmacy responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks related to pharmacy operations.
• Accurately fill prescriptions for patients.
• Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Dispense medication and provide counseling to patients.
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate supply of medications and pharmacy products.

Essential Skills

• Active Registered Pharmacist with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PharmD degree.
• Experience with prescription refills and inventory management.
• Management skills and familiarity with Medicaid operations.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:15 to 12:45 pm. The work environment is professional, requiring attention to detail and adherence to pharmacy regulations.

This is a Contract position based out of Galesburg, IL.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
