Job Description
The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for entering data, calculating margins, and collaborating with engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and manage data accurately within ERP systems.
- Calculate and analyze margins to support financial assessments.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and finance teams to optimize order management processes.
- Utilize Excel for data management and calculations.
- Manage orders effectively within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in data entry and ERP systems.
- Strong experience with Excel, including the use of calculators.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Experience in manufacturing and data management.
- Background in manufacturing or construction is preferred.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
The role is based on-site from 9 am to 5 pm within a small team but part of a large company. The position requires independent work while also collaborating with engineering and finance teams. This role offers opportunities for upward mobility within the company.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr.
