Responsibilities
- Produce construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Participate in all phases of project development including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
- Conduct existing condition surveys by traveling to job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to ensure project progression.
- Respond to RFIs and manage submittals.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 2-3 years experience in commercial architecture with a preference for retail projects.
- Ability to produce comprehensive construction drawings.
- Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
This is a Permanent position based out of Red Bank, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
