**Job Summary:**
Bilingual Spanish/English Required, as we will be dealing with mostly Spanish and English Speakers as customers.

**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte.
- Serve the different food options on our menu.
- Operate the POS system to manage orders and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a helpful and professional manner.
- Manage time effectively to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with sales and promotions, making recommendations to customers and contributing to overall sales growth.
- Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
**Skills:**
