Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our Inside Sales team. The primary focus of this role is to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Requests for Quotation (RFQs). This position requires a deep understanding of machine and fabrication shop operations as well as familiarity with nuclear industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer RFQs for parts and prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assess manufacturing feasibility and timelines.
- Ensure all estimates meet nuclear quality standards and compliance requirements.
Essential Skills
- Experience in machine shop or fabrication shop estimating.
- Strong familiarity with nuclear manufacturing standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in cost estimation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in build shops with quoting and project bids.
- Proficiency in estimation, RFQ, bidding, cost estimation, and project management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and take work orders from the Sales Engineer.
- Experience using estimating software and mechanical pricing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
