Job Title: ERP Project Manager
Job Description
This role involves providing support for enterprise systems, related modules, and ancillary applications. You will be responsible for designing and documenting all business requirements and workflows, analyzing business requirements and technical system capabilities to meet customer needs, and participating in the development and execution of implementation and rollout plans. Additionally, you will prepare and validate reports and recommendations to address business problems and issues, develop strategies for future business process flows to optimize system functionality, and participate in the development and documentation of security requirements for all users. You will also define business requirements and prepare functional design documents for formal review.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise systems, related modules, and ancillary applications.
- Design and document business requirements and processes/workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and technical system capabilities.
- Participate in the development and execution of implementation/rollout plans.
- Prepare and validate reports and recommendations to address business problems.
- Develop strategies for future business process flows to utilize system functionality.
- Document security requirements for all users.
- Define business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
Essential Skills
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Project management skills.
- Understanding of process flow and improvement.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and data analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of ERP-related experience.
- Familiarity with business requirements, design, development, and process tools.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both office and manufacturing floor settings with a standard Monday to Friday schedule on the first shift. The dress code is casual, consisting of a collared shirt and slacks, with personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
