Job Description
The Construction Electrical Estimator will spearhead the development of detailed budgets and competitive bids, focusing on cultivating strong, long-term relationships with contractors and repeat clients, who comprise approximately 80% of the business.
This role involves active industry participation, including networking events and golf outings to strengthen market connections.
The estimator will primarily specialize in multifamily electrical projects valued between $1–8 million, with additional exposure to apartment and mixed-use developments.
The position offers significant flexibility, allowing work from home 3–4 days per week and a personalized schedule.
- Offices are located in Lansing, Grand Rapids, Detroit, and Traverse City, offering a true seat at the leadership table to influence project strategy and company growth.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.50 - $45.00/hr.
