Join our innovative team within the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and composites industry. We are looking for a talented entry-level Composite Technician to support the fabrication of UAVs and tooling. Responsibilities- Support the fabrication of UAVs and tooling.
- Stand for long periods in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Wear a respirator and other safety equipment throughout the day.
- Lift 35 lbs often and work standing for a full 8-hour shift.
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively with leadership and peers.
- Experience with composite and fiberglass materials.
- Knowledge of composite materials, epoxy, and blueprint reading.
- Capability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts if needed (7-3pm and 3-11pm).
- Previous composite/fiberglass experience is a plus.
- Interest in UAS/UAV as a hobby is advantageous.
- A 2-year technical degree is desired but not required.
This position is onsite in Madison, AL. The work environment includes wearing safety equipment, such as a respirator, and involves standing for long periods. Shifts may vary between 7-3pm and 3-11pm. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 35 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
