A fast‑growing engineering team is looking for a driven Civil Engineer to join their land development group. You’ll collaborate with seasoned senior engineers, contribute to high‑impact projects, and sharpen your technical skills across a wide range of development types—from commercial sites to multi‑family communities and multidisciplinary design environments.

- Partner with senior engineers to deliver innovative, high‑quality land development and site design solutions.
- Design stormwater and drainage systems that balance performance, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop detailed site plans—including grading, utilities, and layout—for commercial, residential, retail, and mixed‑use projects.
- Contribute to land development engineering, traffic‑related design tasks, and site feasibility evaluations.
- Support landscape architecture components by integrating functional and aesthetic design elements into cohesive site plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on civil engineering experience, ideally in land development or site design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D—you know your way around surfaces, alignments, grading, and utility modeling.
- Experience designing drainage, grading, utilities, and stormwater management systems.
- Ability to develop comprehensive, buildable site plans that meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
