Analytical Lab Technician

Job Description
The Analytical/Quality Lab Specialist will conduct lab testing on industrial chemicals and raw materials. The role involves performing specific gravity, titrations, and pH testing, along with the receipt and verification of raw materials against internal specifications.
Responsibilities
- Test raw materials as required by QA/QC and release them for use by Production, including testing specific gravity, pH, wet chemistry assays, and trace materials using AA or HPLC.
- Issue and review batch records for manufacturing and packaging.
- Issue labels and seals as controlled documents, store label stock in a secured area with restricted access, and maintain a log for issued seals.
- Print and review labels with the Production Supervisor.
- Review and test finished bulk products to ensure quality standards are met before transferring them to storage tanks or packaging containers.
- Conduct in-process and finished goods testing, and perform packaging inspections and visual inspections of finished goods.
- Operators will pull samples and test them with established SOPs.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum of 3 months of experience with in an academic or industry lab setting
- HPLC experience nice to have

This is a Contract position based out of Rosemount, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
