Actalent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Architect to lead projects from initial client engagement through to construction completion. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a growth-oriented environment, demonstrates technical excellence, and is passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable healthcare design solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, and healthcare facility requirements. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a collaborative and adaptable mindset. Ability to manage ambiguity and learn new skills quickly. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards. Develop and present design proposals, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Strategy. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate engineering elements into cohesive designs. Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools to produce high-quality construction documents. Mentor and supervise team members during various design phases including conceptual, schematic, and detailed design. Conduct research and select materials and products for project specifications. Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure project alignment and quality delivery.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
