This position involves providing administrative support to the training and development department, working 32 hours a week from Tuesday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm. You will be instrumental in scheduling training sessions for technicians specializing in robotics, electricity, and programming. The role requires coordination with instructors and the management of class schedules using the HLC management software.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of the Technician Development Program (TDP) to ensure technical associates have the necessary skills for high-level performance.
- Schedule classes, resources, and students for technical training sessions.
- Manage the progression of TDP students by analyzing data from learning management systems, ensuring timely graduation.
- Collaborate with customers across all manufacturing facilities to ensure associates receive necessary development.
- Maintain training records in compliance with corporate retention policies.
- Work cross-functionally with technical trainers, instructional designers, and management to meet learning needs.
- Support reporting processes by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to illustrate the business impact.
- Assist with the support of all learning management systems including HLC, Amatrol, and Tooling U.
Essential Skills
- Prior administrative experience in a recent role.
