Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Nuclear Project Scheduler will develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules while managing risk per station procedures. The role supports lifecycle schedule integrity, implements industry best practices, and assists with biennial refueling outage planning. Candidates should bring expertise in Primavera scheduling, Passport work management systems, and Crystal Reports or similar tools. Strong knowledge of work control processes, risk management, and preventive maintenance programs is essential, along with PMP certification and effective communication skills. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.
Pay rate: $54.73 - $77.24

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed schedule development for assigned projects to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance and properly manage risk in a manner consistent with station procedures, processes, and goals.
- Assist in the upkeep of lifecycle project schedules
- Maintain schedule integrity.
- Develop and implement scheduling methodology based on industry best practice.
- Support the Biennial refueling outage for project scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 5 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management
- OR, Associates degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 7 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management
- OR, High school diploma or GED and 9 years of nuclear power generation experience in a journey level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.
- Reactor Operator License
- Individual must be proficient in work management and outage work processes and procedures.
- Proficiency with Passport or similar Work Management software programs and interfaces with scheduling systems.
- Primavera Training Certification (or equivalent), Passport to Primavera scheduling program interface.
- Working knowledge of report development software (Crystal Reports) and database analysis.
- PMP certification.
- Primavera 106 Training Certification (or equivalent), Passport to Primavera scheduling program interface, understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program, risk management processes and Crystal report writing, or similar SQL based query reports are desired skills.
- Good knowledge of work control processes and procedures, knowledgeable on effects of isolating, testing, and restoring plant systems and equipment.
- Experience with Passport or similar Work Management software programs and interfaces with scheduling systems.
- Ability to work with teams, disciplines, and other plant organizations to develop integrated plant schedules. Ability to direct resources and establish priorities for schedule activities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to communicate technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing.
- Crystal report writing or similar SQL based query reports.
