What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planner III position at Acro Service Corp?
Essential Functions
- Review and revise complex regulations.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee a voluntary Cybersecurity Assessment Program and emergency response planning for public water systems.
- Review and revise the USEPA-required Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) on an annual basis or as needed.
- Develop operational procedures and monitor program activities.
- Coordinates program activities with other public and private organizations.
- Interact with federal, state, and local government officials and agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ODW programs.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a planner or in a planning function.
- Experience in program development such as developing program activities and recommending alternatives, improvements, courses of action, and other changes based on findings.
- Experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Experience creating, developing, and editing technical documents and narrative report writing.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked, cancelled, or disqualified from driving).
