Job Responsibility:-
1. Assignment Overview
• Assignment length: Through end of 2026 with possibility of extension into following year
• Conversion to full-time role: Not planned at this time, but possible in the future
2. Work Location & Schedule
• Work model: Onsite
• Location: Columbus, Ohio plant
• Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid option: Possible after 3–5 months of training (Mon–Thu onsite, Fri remote)

3. Role Context
• Reason role is open: Backfill due to contractor converting to full-time
• Primary projects: ServiceNow hardware asset data integrity, ITAD/E waste program support, metrics and analysis
• Typical day: Data analysis, ServiceNow auditing, site/vendor communication, documentation
• Work breakdown: 60% project work, 10% meetings, 30–40% documentation/spreadsheet analysis
• Key interactions: Alexa Wilcox, local team (2–3 members), limited interaction with manager
• 90 day success: Understanding ServiceNow data population, asset accuracy checks, ITAD program basics, KPI and analytics contribution
• Prior interviewing experience: Multiple successful hires; strong track record of contractor success
