Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Menlo Park CA, 94025
Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Employment Type: 1 Year Contract (With Possible Extension)
Summary: You will be responsible for maintaining building facilities, HVAC systems, and related equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of facility systems and equipment.
- Maintain HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Support maintenance of Clean Room environments.
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in computer maintenance systems.
- Follow GMP Change Process and ISO standards.
- Manage repair and improvement projects and coordinate with vendors.
- Support equipment and furniture moves and installations.
- Use Microsoft Word and computer systems for maintenance documentation.
- Participate in on-call support as required.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a GMP environment.
- Familiarity with GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
- Experience maintaining Clean Room environments.
- Experience working in business facilities environments.
- Background working in hospitals or semiconductor environments is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and computerized maintenance systems.
Education Preferred:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additional Information
- Non-Exempt position.
- Weekly hours over 40 paid at Time and a Half.
- On-call paid 2 hours per day.
Salary : $38 - $39
