Our client is a high-growth, full-service media and creative agency located in the heart of Philadelphia. Reporting into the SVP, Accounts, the Associate Director, Paid Media will be responsible for leading a growing team of Paid Media Specialists and driving performance across a range of digital channels for our major US clients. This involves collaborating closely with the Account Management team and various stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent campaigns that meet client KPIs, campaign targets, and deliver ROAS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to execute campaigns across various channels (social search, display, video). Ensure delivery meets and exceeds performance goals, contributing to the retention and growth of key clients
- Develop and implement processes, manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists. In particular, develop knowledge in GA4, GTM, and full cycle attribution modelling
- Attend client meetings as the technical strategic lead and participate in new business pitches
- Adjust and implement paid media strategies in response to the latest trends and best practices shaping digital marketing
- Work closely with the management team in Philly (account management, creative) to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experien
Requirements:
- 5 years hands experience with paid media campaigns (including search, social, display)
- “Player-coach” mindset, combining technical expertise with people skills to build a high-performing team
- Proven experience leading a team, especially in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment
- Experience setting up conversion tracking through GA4 and GTM for data-driven campaign management and outcomes-focused reporting
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and tell a story from performance
- Willingness to travel to other offices and/or to client meetings as required
