Job Description Senior Performance Marketing Specialist Client: The Hype Society (Australia) Delivery Partner: Acquire Intelligence Engagement Model: Dedicated Offshore Resource (Full-time) Experience Required: 5 years agency experience Role Overview The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for owning, executing, and optimising multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across The Hype Society’s client portfolio. This role is designed for a senior agency-trained marketer who is highly autonomous, performance-driven, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts while collaborating closely with Australian-based strategists and account leads. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with strategic input expected as accounts scale. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing Execution - Plan, build, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across key platforms, including: - Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) - Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as required - Manage account structures, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and targeting frameworks aligned to client KPIs. - Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager outputs, Meta pixel, and platform-native tools. 2. Optimisation & Growth - Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimisations to improve: - ROAS - CPA - Conversion rate - Spend efficiency - Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, creative inputs, and landing page assumptions. - Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and performance discipline. 3. Reporting & Insights - Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering: - Spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS - Key trends, risks, and opportunities - Provide clear insights and recommendations that can be used directly by client-facing teams. - Support performance reviews by articulating what is working, what needs adjustment, and next-step recommendations. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams. - Ensure alignment between media strategy, creative execution, audience targeting, and client objectives. - Participate in internal optimisation discussions and share learnings across accounts. 5. Capability & Standards - Apply agency best practices across account management and performance delivery. - Contribute to the refinement of performance marketing frameworks, templates, and optimisation methodologies. - Maintain high standards of documentation, hygiene, and accountability across all campaigns. Required Experience & Skills Must-Have - 5 years of experience in a performance marketing or paid media agency environment - Proven hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently - Strong expertise across Google Ads and Meta, with exposure to TikTok and LinkedIn preferred - Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, conversion rate) - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent written English and confidence working with Australian stakeholders Nice to Have - Ecommerce and lead-generation client experience - Exposure to international markets (AU, NZ, US, UK) - Experience mentoring or supporting junior paid media specialists Working Style & Fit - Comfortable operating as a dedicated offshore extension of an Australian agency - Highly organised, proactive, and accountable for outcomes - Able to manage volume, prioritisation, and deadlines effectively - Performance-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
