Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team Handle follow-ups, confirmations, and post-job communication Build rapport and close deals confidently — we don’t chase, we lead Respond to objections and queries with tact and a “no-funny-business” tone Record and manage leads and sales activities via CRM (if required) Work closely with the Australian team and adapt to the tone and branding of A1 Express Car Removal or CarDeath Qualifications Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities Excellent spoken and written English — must sound confident, clear, and natural Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone/email/text) Strong quoting and negotiation skills — you know how to close without pushiness Attention to detail — every quote and job must be 100% accurate High emotional intelligence — can read a situation and adjust tone/style accordingly Confident, macho-style communication personality (think sales with flair) Proficient with web-based tools like CRMs, JustCall, Podium, etc. Availability to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) Competencies/Personality Traits confident, high-energy, and sharp-tongued Prior Experience Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have.
