As an Auto Claims Support Representative, you will handle customer and partner interactions related to vehicle claim information, appointment coordination, case updates, and vehicle release requirements. This role involves a mix of inbound and outbound calls, email follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with different parties such as vehicle owners, repair shops, adjusters, and partner teams. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE This is not just a basic customer service role. As an Auto Claims Support Representative, you will manage a high volume of customer and partner touchpoints while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-through. On a typical day, you may handle around 100 to 150 interactions, including inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, case updates, and coordination tasks. You will also manage a significant amount of email communication, usually around 60 to 80 emails per day, related to vehicle and claim information. This role is ideal for someone with BPO experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage volume, and is detail-oriented. Accuracy is important because you will document claim and vehicle details, review information, check updates, and help ensure vehicles are released properly and on time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Customer and Partner Support Handle inbound and outbound interactions with customers, vehicle owners, repair shops, adjusters, and other partner teams. Vehicle and Claims Coordination Support vehicle and auto insurance-related claim processes by coordinating appointments, following up on requirements, and providing timely case updates. Email and Documentation Handling Manage daily email communications, review case information, update records, and document call outcomes and next steps accurately. Process and Compliance Follow account guidelines, data privacy requirements, call handling procedures, documentation standards, and escalation processes. Performance and Service Quality Meet daily productivity, quality, attendance, accuracy, and customer experience expectations while balancing speed and attention to detail. A BIT ABOUT YOU At least 1 year of BPO, call center, customer service, or contact center experience Experience in auto insurance, claims, roadside assistance, towing, logistics, transportation, healthcare claims, case management, or back-office support is an advantage Comfortable handling high-volume calls, email follow-ups, and repetitive but important process-driven tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately Able to manage multiple follow-ups while maintaining good customer service Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift when required WHY JOIN THE A-TEAM?
