Overview
Acme Construction, located in North Salt Lake, Utah, is looking to fill the position of Receptionist and Accounts Payable Assistant. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. As the Receptionist, duties will include greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, receiving and distributing mail and packages. The receptionist position requires someone that is bi-lingual as it is vital to this role to be able to communicate with Spanish speaking visitors and employees. This position will also assist the accounts payable department by posting and reconciling invoices. Other tasks may be added as needed.
Duties
Answer and distribute phone calls
Greet individuals entering business
Distribute mail and package deliveries
Record, and organize invoices
Check figures postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Able to prioritize and multitask assignments
Proactive and deadline oriented
Capable to act and communicate effectively and in a professional manner with owners, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
High level of professionalism and integrity
Education
High school diploma
Construction industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
