Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care or long-term care settings.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring healthcare staff or students.
- Strong knowledge of CNA scope of practice, clinical procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CNA instructor or in a similar educational role.
