Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for a metrics-driven professional who thrives in a structured environment, takes ownership of performance, and excels in relationship-based sales.
You will focus on building long-term client relationships, identifying client needs, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process — not aggressive or transactional selling.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned territory
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients
- Execute a consultative, relationship-first sales approach
- Track all activities, pipeline stages, and outcomes using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed defined KPIs and revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Provide weekly reporting on metrics, forecasts, and performance
This role is heavily metrics-driven, including but not limited to:
- Weekly in-person meetings / appointments
- New qualified leads generated
- Conversion rates — lead → opportunity → close
- Revenue generated vs. target
- Pipeline value and velocity
- Client retention and repeat business
- 1 years of outside sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong discipline in tracking and managing metrics and performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- $50,000 base salary
