About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is building an in-home ABA team in LaPorte and the surrounding area. Families here are underserved and ready — we are looking for a BCBA who wants to fill a real gap in the community while joining a team known for good culture, honest communication, and genuine care for its clinicians.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Genuine passion for working with children and families
