About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy is expanding into Elkhart, where demand for quality ABA is strong and families are actively looking for providers. We are looking for a BCBA to lead in-home services across Elkhart County — someone who brings clinical expertise, values collaboration, and wants to work for an agency that respects their time and judgment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Genuine passion for working with children and families
