Achievers ABA is hiring certified RBTs for full-time ABA therapy with children with autism in Hammond and surrounding areas. We have both in-home and in-clinic positions available — consistent caseloads, strong clinical support, and a clear path forward if you're building a career in ABA.
The Role
You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and in our clinic, working from individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA. Your caseload is consistent, and your supervising BCBA is assigned from day one and reachable same-day.

- Collect accurate session data and track progress
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and caregivers
- Support skill development and behavior goals across settings
- Active RBT certification — required, no exceptions
- Reliable transportation within the Hammond area
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently in home settings and within a clinic team
- Consistent full-time availability
- $26/hour
