What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and track progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers
- Support skill development and behavior reduction
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Consistent availability (FT or PT schedules available)
- Competitive pay: $25-$27/hour
