Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children and families throughout Merrillville and the surrounding Northwest Indiana communities.
The Role
You'll carry a caseload of 8–10 children maximum, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs delivering in-home services. Caseloads are kept intentionally manageable — the emphasis is on quality outcomes, not volume.
When you need clinical support, it's there. You'll have access to BCBA directors and the organization's Clinical Director, all of whom keep open calendars — you can book a sync directly without friction.

What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) in clients' homes
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs delivering in-home services
- Provide caregiver training and parent coaching
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and support systems in home settings
- Ensure clinical integrity and adherence to ABA best practices
- Active BCBA certification — required, no exceptions
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Reliable transportation throughout Merrillville and surrounding Northwest Indiana
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working independently in home environments
- $108,000/year starting salary
