- Collecting and delivering ACE customer requirements using SharePoint solutions.
- System administration, account and report creation, maintenance of security permissions, auditing, and troubleshooting of security support applications
- Provides telephonic desktop support services to end users on a variety of security support applications.
- Independently troubleshooting and resolving system errors, bugs, and configuration issues on security support applications.
- Collaborating with IT Support to troubleshoot, assess, and resolve issues across a dispersed IT enterprise.
- Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint servers and services
- Monitor SharePoint server performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SharePoint solutions
- Develop and maintain SharePoint applications, including custom workflows and forms
- Manage user access and permissions within SharePoint
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint trends and best practices
Responsibilities
The SharePoint Administrator/Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst assists the Company with SharePoint content management and technical support of the Security support applications. The SharePoint Administrator/IT Support Analyst is responsible for the following activities:
Skills:
- 3 years of experience building and implementing solutions using developer tools, such as SharePoint Developer, InfoPath, or similar software.
- 4 or more years of IT experience in one or more of the following areas: database administrator, desktop administrator, or application administrator.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing workflows in SharePoint to collect and deliver customer requirements.
- Demonstrate experience developing and implementing workflows in SharePoint to collect and deliver customer requirements.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technology areas: facility alerting/notification, access control, video surveillance, or alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Proficiency in PL/SQL for database management and integration with SharePoint
- Experience with MySQL database management in a SharePoint environment
