Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $40.00/hour

- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine the master production schedule
- Translate demand forecasts and sales orders into production plans
- Balance capacity across machines, labor, and resources
- Identify constraints, bottlenecks, and material shortages
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams for alignment
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as needed
- Improve scheduling processes and tools in a non-MRP environment
- Support on-time delivery and overall production efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations
- Must have experience creating production schedules in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with demand planning teams required
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (capacity planning, forecasting, reporting)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and/or BI tools is a plus
- Solid understanding of production processes and resource planning
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
