Operational Excellence Project Manager (9-12 Month Contract)

A rapidly expanding organization in the healthcare and medical device distribution space is building the operational foundation needed for its next stage of growth and is seeking a hands‑on Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead the transformation.
This is a high‑impact contract role where you’ll build processes, implement systems, drive adoption, and leave behind durable capability across the entire operation.
What You’ll Do
- Map and document O2C and P2P workflows
- Build RACI frameworks and accountability structures
- Lead 6S implementation and workplace organization
- Develop a full EH&S program
- Create KPI dashboards and root cause processes
- Drive disciplined WMS/ERP/TMS adoption
- Train internal owners and transfer long‑term capability
What You Bring
- 8–12 years in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, or Warehousing
- Strong experience building programs from scratch
- Hands‑on 6S/5S, EH&S, and SOP development background
- WMS/ERP/TMS adoption and change‑management experience
- KPI design, data structure, and dashboarding skills (Power BI a plus)
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; PMP a differentiator
