What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes for personalized consultations
- Present high-quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
- Build trust, understand customer needs, and close sales
- Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up professionally
What You Need
- 2 years of consultative or retail sales experience
- Comfortable presenting and selling directly to customers in their homes
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Positive "can-do" attitude and professional appearance
Nice-to-Haves
- 5 years of retail or outside sales experience
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
