AccuAir Heating & Cooling is a locally owned company in Central Oregon looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who is focused, reliable, and ready to take ownership of quality installations while training and supervising other team members.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects
- Install heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
- Mentor and train other installers while maintaining high quality and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, team members, and other trades
- Complete all necessary paperwork, change orders, and follow-through on jobs
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with pride
What You Need
- Valid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)
- Strong experience installing round and rectangular ductwork
- Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
- Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings
- Experience brazing and testing line sets
- Ability to complete simple low voltage connections
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
