AccuAir Heating & Cooling is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to learn the trade, grow with a locally owned company, and build a long-term career while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Earn

• Up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours)
• Company vehicle, phone, and uniforms provided
• Ongoing training and support as you develop your skills

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Complete filter changes and basic service tasks
• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer
• Keep job sites clean and organized

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to safely use power and hand tools
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic personality
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
