AccuAir Heating and Cooling has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who has a talent for keeping customers happy.
We are a professional and friendly heating and cooling company serving up a big plate of customer satisfaction with technical expertise on the side.
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Retirement Plan, Company Match, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Company Vehicle, iPad, Company Phone, Company Uniforms, Tool Program, company sponsored training and, Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours)
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, weekends and evenings as needed; on-call rotation required
Required Qualifications / Achievements:
- Level 3 skill set or higher
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Enroll in HVAC technical school and/or in-house training programs
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
- EPA certification
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- NATE Core Certification
Desired Qualifications / Achievements:
- HVAC Tech School certificate
- Own tools needed for position
