Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekends and evenings as needed; on-call rotation required)
What You'll Do
- Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver high-quality service and build strong customer relationships
- Work independently while being fully supported by a team that values your expertise
- Help keep our customers comfortable and satisfied year-round
What You Need
- Level 3 skill set or higher
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- NATE Core Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
- Willingness to invest in your tools and continued training
- Ability to safely work from ladders and operate power/hand tools
Nice-to-Haves
- HVAC Tech School certificate
- Own set of tools for the position
