IT Engineer – Networking Focus (Full-Time Employee)

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer with a focus on Networking to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine, CA. The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support for various IT operations and also provide PC/Laptop installation and support. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing network and desktop performance, resolving connectivity and system issues, implementing security measures, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Networking and Network Security concepts and technologies
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
• Foundational knowledge in Information Technology, including infrastructure and system management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with networking tools, protocols, and hardware is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• CCNA or CCNP will be beneficial.
