- Oversee training, onboarding, and performance of all account management personnel.
- Manage client accounts, including setup, communication, and reporting.
- Handle day-to-day logistics for the National Fleet Department, including POs, billing, and issue resolution.
- Manage deadlines and progress across assigned client base, ensuring timely project completion.
- Responsible for welcome and setup of new customer accounts.
- Proven leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to optimize processes and manage a small team.
- Experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or commercial account coordination.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Smartsheet; Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
- 3 years working in account management and/or a customer service capacity.
- Automotive after-market equipment knowledge experience is preferred.
