Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to implement, enhance, and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business and workforce strategies.
- Collaborate closely with external consulting firms during Workday implementation and optimization projects, serving as the HR systems lead to ensure successful deployment and integration.
- Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track key HR metrics and organizational insights, enabling data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle.
- Provide system support and training to HR users, developing clear documentation and job aids to promote platform adoption and user self-sufficiency.
- Support ongoing system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and process improvement initiatives to ensure a high-performing and compliant HRIS environment.
- 3-5 years in an HRIS Analyst role using Workday
- Skilled in HRIS data integration, reporting, and system optimization.
- Adept at navigating multi-unit, complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
