Job Description
The HRIS Manager leads the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. This role is responsible for establishing configuration standards, supporting system implementation, and driving long-term system performance across core HR modules. The HRIS Manager partners closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the platform supports scalable, efficient business processes.

Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company. Under this plan, ADI will continue its role as a leading global wholesale distributor serving commercial and residential markets, while Resideo will retain its manufacturing and product-solutions business. Upon separation, both companies will operate independently to better serve their respective markets and customers. The spin-off is currently targeted for completion in the second half of 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $120145.45 to $179250.91 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead configuration strategy, governance, and standards for Oracle Fusion HCM
- Partner with Systems Integrator during implementation to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions
- Own end-to-end configuration across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Compensation, and Learning
- Manage system backlog, prioritize enhancements, and support optimization post go-live
- Establish and maintain change control, release management, and documentation processes
- Partner with HR and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Monitor quarterly Oracle releases and oversee impact assessment, testing, and deployment
- Hire, develop, and lead a configuration team
- 5 years of experience configuring enterprise HCM systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, UKG)
- 2 years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience supporting multiple HCM modules (Core HR required at least one of Talent, Absence, or Compensation)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration dependencies
- Experience working with Systems Integrators during implementation
- Oracle Fusion HCM configuration experience
- Experience across multiple HCM modules
- Exposure to quarterly release management cycles
- Experience building or scaling a team
- Ability to drive best practices and balance system design trade-offs
