Lead and manage all new procurement and contract renewal activities, ensuring alignment with IT policies, timelines, and budget requirements.
Coordinate for GRC or enterprise legal resources as needed to address compliance, contractual, or risk-related considerations.
Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for upcoming renewals, procurement events, policy exceptions (PEs), and major contract milestones to ensure proactive engagement and timely execution.
Support in developing solicitation materials, including RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and related documents, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with IT standards.
Serve as the lead project manager for vendor implementation efforts for technology solutions.
Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and communication structures to ensure successful vendor onboarding and solution implementation.
Coordinate across internal teams, vendor personnel, and technical stakeholders to manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain forward momentum.
Track project progress against scope, budget, and contractual obligations, escalating concerns as needed to leadership.
Provide regular status reporting and documentation to support transparency, informed decision making, and effective project governance.
