Required Experience
- 7 years of financial management, cost governance, or program finance experience
- 3 years managing cloud cost governance on AWS using Cost Explorer, Budgets, and Cost & Usage Reports (CUR)
- Experience tracking T&M and fixed-price contract financials in professional services environments
- Familiarity with government or enterprise contract billing requirements preferred
- Strong communication skills for translating complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
Good to have
- Proficiency in billing systems, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent), and financial modeling in Excel
- Experience with earned value management (EVM) and financial variance analysis
