Mindful, Web SCB and API integration are required

 

Job description

Add six additional languages to the Mindful SCB platform. Includes all changes that need to be implemented on the IVR to include the prompt for a scheduled call back. Additional changes require PS changes on VCC for agent availability and separate skill for scheduled call back per language. Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Armenian, & Tagalog

 

Multi year development, support project
