- Independently deliver effective nursing care to med/surg patients
- Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety
- Contribute to high-quality patient experiences and safety standards
- Current IL Nursing License
- Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- BLS certification and active NIHSS certification
- Minimum two years recent acute care med/surg experience, including telemetry competence
- Ability to demonstrate telemetry skills within 14 days of hire
- Provide care during night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Participate in a flexible schedule within designated hours and hours commitment levels
- Maintain certifications and stay updated on clinical skills
