- Supervises and coordinates daily patient care delivery.
- Oversees daily operations, activities, and personnel in the patient care area.
- Participates in goal setting, recommends policies, and assists in program evaluation.
- Acts as a change agent by evaluating systems and implementing improvements.
- Serves as a professional role model.
- Implements cost-effective solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in management, utilizing problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Licensure as an RN required.
