Job Summary:
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels. Will oversee the daily activities of the inventory staff, analyze inventory data, and ensure accuracy of inventory records. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies, as well as assist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and Lab purchase trends to ensure that goals are met and inventory is always available
- Develop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs.
- Accurately record and document inventory movement
- Provide accurate replenishment data to Purchasing and Lab
- Provide guidance and leadership to the inventory staff
- Review inventory records and transactions for accuracy
- Track inventory levels and report on any changes or trends
- Prepare and submit reports to management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Supervisor or related position
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Fishbowl and Quickbooks preferred but not required.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
