Accounting & Bookkeeping (Primary Seat Accountability)
- Own accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and related documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
- Own month-end close activities and basic financial reviews
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and office logistics
- Assist with internal processes such as onboarding and employee records
- Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects
- Financial records are accurate, timely, and well organized
- Accounting and administrative tasks are completed consistently and reliably
- Leadership can trust the numbers and the processes
- Office operations run smoothly with minimal friction
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
- Strong attention to detail and high personal accountability
- Comfort using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
