What You’ll Do
Systems & Infrastructure Management
- Administer and maintain Windows server environments
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access
- Support virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)
- Support identity, access controls, and security best practices
- Assist with cloud migrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization
- Apply patches, updates, and security controls
- Assist with vulnerability remediation and system hardening
- Follow documented standards and contribute to continuous improvement
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Follow established processes and help improve them over time
- Collaborate with other technical team members for escalations and projects
- Experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and monitoring tools
- Solid troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Professional, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Exposure to Azure, networking, or security tooling
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
