AEF Emblem is a leading supplier in the promotional product industry, best known for lapel pins, patches, coins, medallions, keychains, and keytags. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small team. You will play a crucial role in managing various operational tasks, including shipping, bookkeeping, and providing exceptional customer service. We have a small warehouse where we receive shipments weekly. There are no oversized pallets or forklifts. You'll be shipping anywhere between 50 and 100 orders a week, in addition to Office Management duties.

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks including bookkeeping and data entry.
- Assist with light shipping duties (printing and creating labels, packing, coordinating pickups).
- Provide excellent customer service via office phone and email.
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, provide information, and transfer calls as necessary.
- Assist with order processing and customer follow-ups during downtime.
- Manage and maintain internal account records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office.
- Help manage and update website content through WordPress (training provided if needed).
- Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative needs.
