Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Houston, MS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding production and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers engaged in welding operations
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
• Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding production
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.
